Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or make changes to your project. Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Before the Project Starts:If you wish to cancel your project before it officially starts, you may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Tier2 Digital. In such cases, Tier2 Digital reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred during the pre-production or planning phase.

1.2. After the Project Starts:Once the project has commenced, no cancellations are permitted. This is due to the allocation of our resources, including time, manpower, and investments made specifically for your project.

Refund Policy:

2.1. No Refunds Once the Project Starts:Once the project has begun, no refunds will be provided. This policy ensures that our team can focus on delivering high-quality services and complete the project within the agreed-upon timeline.

2.2. Refund Process:Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the same mode of payment or through an alternate mode communicated by email by the client within 15 business days after approval of the refund request.

Customer Liability:

3.1. Payment Obligation:Once the project has started, the customer is obligated to fulfill the payment as agreed upon in the project contract, even if the services are no longer required. This includes situations where the project is canceled or put on hold by the customer.

3.2. Bought Out and Third-Party Expenses:The client is liable for any bought out and third-party expenses incurred or liable to incur during the course of the project. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, software licenses, advertising costs, stock imagery, and other related services. The client agrees to pay these expenses at the discretion of Tier2 Digital, as outlined in the project contract or separate agreement.

Retainer Contracts:

4.1. Retainer contracts operate under a separate agreement between Tier2 Digital and the client. The terms and conditions regarding cancellation and refunds for retainer contracts are outlined in the specific retainer contract document.

Dispute Resolution:

5.1. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this cancellation and refund policy shall be settled through a mutually agreed arbitrator or in the district court of Tiruchirappalli, India.
